Return Process

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all de'spit designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
